REFUND POLICY

Because we appreciate your loyalty, we have decided to offer you a 30-day return period after receiving your package to give you the best possible customer experience.

Would you like to return a damaged item?
Please contact our customer service at
contact@ohmytea.co and provide the following:


- the order number

- the name of the product

- the description of the problem

- one or more clear pictures of the damaged item


Would you like a refund?
We remind you that you have a satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the option of requesting a refund.
However, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. The product must not be used or removed from its original packaging.
Otherwise, we may refuse the refund or send you a partial refund.

 

After sending your return, we ask you to send us proof of delivery so that we can wait for the package and check the condition of the product. We will then send you a refund within 14 days of your request. Please note that it can take up to a week for the money to arrive in your bank account. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be shown on the day the money is transferred directly to your PayPal account. Please note that sold out or unpacked products will not be taken back or exchanged.

What happens when the deadline has passed?
We will not accept returns of unwanted items after the relevant returns period.

Your responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Make sure that they are properly packaged and not damaged during transportation!
